Full Day Care

How to Book
Getting started is straightforward
Get in Touch
Send us an email with your pet's details and the service you're interested in. Include any relevant health information or behavioural notes.
Meet & Greet
For boarding and daycare, we arrange an initial visit so your pet can explore our facility and meet some staff members.
Complete Paperwork
We'll need vaccination records, emergency contact details, and a signed care agreement. This can be done digitally.
Confirm Dates
Once everything's in order, we confirm your booking and add you to our schedule. Payment is taken at drop-off for boarding; at completion for grooming.
Service Questions
Common queries about how we work
Full groom includes bath, blow-dry, brush-out, haircut to your preference, nail trim, ear cleaning, sanitary trim, and a finishing spray. The price varies by size and coat condition. We'll provide an estimate when you book and confirm the final price before we start.
We assess every dog individually. Nervous dogs might start with supervised one-on-one time with a staff member, then gradually progress to smaller play groups with calm, confident dogs. Some pets prefer solo time throughout their stay, and that's perfectly fine too.
No additional charge for feeding your pet's regular food. Bring enough for their stay plus one extra day's worth in case of delays. If you'd like us to provide meals, there's a small daily fee for premium food.
Morning arrivals are followed by an outdoor play session. After that, dogs rotate between supervised group play, individual enrichment activities, and rest periods. Meals are served midday for those who stay full days. The afternoon includes another outdoor session before collection time.
For grooming, please give 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Boarding cancellations within 7 days of arrival may forfeit a deposit for peak periods. We understand plans change—just let us know as early as possible so we can offer the space to someone on our waiting list.
