About Our Facility
Our purpose-built pet care centre sits within the Riverside Business Park, just off the A4 Portway. The facility spans 3,500 square feet indoors with an additional half-acre of secure outdoor space. We've designed the layout to minimise stress for visiting animals—separate entrances for dogs and cats, sound-dampened walls between areas, and plenty of natural light throughout.
Parking is available directly outside our entrance, making drop-offs and collections straightforward even with anxious pets or heavy supplies to carry.
Finding Us
Directions from major routes
From the M5
Exit at Junction 18 and follow the A4 Portway towards Bristol city centre. After approximately 2 miles, take the left turn into Riverside Business Park. We're the third building on the right, marked with our green signage.
By Public Transport
The number 24 bus stops directly outside Riverside Business Park. From Bristol Temple Meads station, buses run every 15 minutes during peak hours. The journey takes approximately 25 minutes.
Parking
Free parking is available in front of our building with spaces for up to 15 vehicles. Disabled parking bays are located nearest to the entrance. For larger vehicles or transport vans, please use the rear car park accessible via the service road.

For the fastest response, include your pet's species, breed, age, and any relevant health or behavioural notes. Let us know which service you're interested in and your preferred dates if booking. This allows us to confirm availability and provide an accurate quote in our first reply.
We try to accommodate last-minute requests where possible, though availability varies. For established clients whose pets we've already assessed, same-day booking is more feasible. New clients typically need at least a brief meet-and-greet before their first stay.
Yes. Our building has step-free access throughout, accessible toilets, and designated disabled parking close to the entrance. If you have specific accessibility requirements, let us know in advance and we'll ensure everything is prepared for your visit.
